HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER ? 

We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed you are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our Returns Policy. 

WHAT IS YOUR DEFAULT PRICING ON YOUR SITE ?

The default pricing on our site is in USD, the conversion rate depends on your issuing credit card company used on the transaction. Please see our currency converter located at the bottom of our website to change currency on the site. The site will default USD on the checkout page.

HOW LONG TAKE  MY ORDER TO ARRIVE AFTER THE PAYMENT?

In-Transit Time - Does not include standard processing time of 2 business days. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays.

Every order get a tracking number allowing you to track your order.

Sometime on promotional period or when we get a lot of orders and we don't have stocks anymore, the shipping can take one more week.

 

 

From where do you ship ? 

Our manufactures from where we ship all our bags are located in Florida ( U.S ) and California ( U.S ) . 

We are continually looking for ways to better our products, to support and uphold our partners who produce them, and minimize our impact on the earth. We see this as a constant work in progress and always strive to improve.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE'S BEEN A DELIVERY MISHAP TO MY ORDER? (DAMAGED OR LOST DELIVERY)

HOW MUCH IS THE DELIVERY FEE ?

If you are located in North America ( U.SA & Canada), there is not delivery fee ( free shipping ) 

If you are located Europe or in the rest of the world, delivery fee is 5 Euros ( ≈ 6$).

 For logistic reasons you can receive several packets and not at the same time depending on your purchases and location.

 

HOW DO YOU SHIP MY ORDERS?

All your orders are sent via The united states postal service

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT OF UNSATISFACTORY ABOUT MY ORDER(S) ?

We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. Any order don't have to be throw away and you have to take a photo proof and emailing the photo of the affected order and your order number to us at hello@girlzsquad.com  48h after delivery.
